“Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very large, so communication can sometimes be slow—be patient. The room and view are absolutely beautiful. Restaurants are good, though some of the food is just average. There isn’t much fresh fruit, and what’s available isn’t very sweet. On the other hand, the fruit drinks are too sweet. There are lots of activities, and the kids’ club is excellent. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay with stunning views. ”

“I can’t say enough good things about Coco LaPalm! The staff is absolutely amazing friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. The location is perfect, right on the beach, and everything is within walking distance, which makes it so easy to enjoy Negril. Waking up and stepping right out onto the sand feels like a dream. Coco LaPalm has truly become my happy home in Jamaica, and I can’t wait to come back!”

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Jamaica. The staff’s welcome was excellent from the very first moment: everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Cleanliness was good, and the room, simple but nice, had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel pool was very convenient, as was the beach towel service with fresh towels provided daily. The free access to the adjacent beach was a great plus, as well as the entertainment, which was discreet yet engaging.

“issues i had - they forgot to bring my bag up, i found it and was ready to change so i went and got it
also i had a leak in the bathroom sink and they were coming to fix it when i called but i said i have 2 sinks its ok they can come in the morning when i am out of the room. ”
“The resort was beautiful. The food was above average. They had a lot of Jamaican food options, which is what I was looking forward to the most. The grounds were kept beautifully. They provided lots of good entertainment options. I came during low season and it was perfect, quiet, not a bunch of kids. The staff was pleasant, some more welcoming and helpful than others. Overall enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again. ”
